Paper Airplane
There's a very good reason why I haven't posted any band t-shirts here yet, and it's because they're mostly just about promotion of the band name and not so much about design. This time, though, I'm going to go for it, because it seemed remarkably appropriate on several levels.
I'm flying back east in the morning and won't be posting much for the next week. In the meantime, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Fun Festivus, Bonne Boxing Day, and find a way to enjoy all the days in between. Peace.

Salvador Dalek
It's Bad Pun Sunday, officially making this Bad Pun Weekend. There are plenty of Dalek shirts out there, and quite a few Dali homages, but this is the best of them all. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Salvador Dalek.
I apologize for OffWorld's crap all over the design. If anyone wants to clean it up for me, I'd be much obliged!

Rubix Cubicle
It's one of the toughest puzzles of the modern age: why do we keep going back to horrible, horrible cubicles every day? Maybe someday someone will post a solution online or something.

Bug Bubbles!
The image is a little wonky for some reason, but I really like this t-shirt from the French website La Fraise.
Follow the link for a really disturbing but more accurate photo.

CCTV Government
This is far more true in the UK than the US, but give it a few years. We'll catch up.
This design is also available as a regular print, which might be a better idea if you're planning to cause some mischief.
Yee Olde Evel
Google's company motto may be "Don't Be Evil," but I'm sure they'd be totally fine with you being Evel instead. Just wear a helmet, ok?

Planet Express
This isn't particularly clever or anything, but as a massive fan of the Futurama, I totally have this shirt on my wish list - hint hint!

Viva La Revolution!
I spent an hour today standing at a payphone in the occasional drizzle, trying to get through to the state of California, and when I finally did, they kept me on the line for the next half-hour without solving anything. I did get one minor victory, though, and to that I have to say Vivaaaa!

They're right - revolution really is all about going in circles.

F1RST!!!1!
It seems I am a tastemaker after all! A month after I posted his work here, Glennz has finally been discovered by Geekologie. If that don't make Mama proud, I don't know what will.

Reptoid Royals
The folks who brought us Amorphia Apparel and Wear Science have another site in their stable called Teach the Controversy. I'm not terribly inspired by many of their designs there, but this one is freakin' sweet.

It's also true, but you totally didn't hear that from me.

Who vs. Whom
As much as this makes me giggle, I probably wouldn't wear it as a shirt. No, I take that back. I almost definitely wouldn't wear it as a shirt. Maybe a profile picture somewhere, or as cubicle-wall art or something. That would work.

Uncrashable Software by Microsoft
I know what you're thinking - "that's unpossible!" Oh, I assure you, you're absolutely correct. But in an attempt to be clever and to make one item that won't crap out immediately, Microsoft has started making t-shirts called software. Can't fool me! I put one of these in my disc drive, and it totally doesn't work. Must have been the Mac-compatible version or something.

The Real WWF
My brother pointed out that this would make an excellent t-shirt, and I agree 100%. As yet I haven't found it for sale, but that doesn't mean it's not out there. Please let me know if you find it - I want one!

It's Dinosaur Friday
The ready-made caption for this t-shirt at the Something Awful store really says it all, so I'll let them do the talking:
"Dinosaurs are pretty scary, a lot of them have big teeth and also growl a lot. However this dinosaur is a resistance warrior, fighting against the evil bunny rabbit oppression. He is kindly and sweet, and has a wife and twelve children. He has a really big gun strapped to the side of his body, with which he fights not just for his life my friends, but also for his freedom and the freedom of his peoples."

Plane Tree
I have no snappy explanation for why I like this shirt, I just do, ok? Cool, thanks. I knew you'd understand.
EDIT: Yes, I realize this makes two paper airplane designs in a row, and no, that wasn't the result of one line of query. I'm lazy, but not quite that lazy. It was pure coincidence, and I love it!
Farewell, Sweet Concorde
Do you ever find yourself at a concert, enjoying the music, and then some 100-pound hipster giant decides to stand right in front of you and then rock from side to side slightly so you are forced to either not see anything, or sway in the opposite direction to catch a glimpse of the band every few beats? And then when you sense your blood pressure rising, do you ever wonder why exactly you're trying to SEE, when you came to HEAR? And then do you "accidentally" kick the hipster in the back of the knee anyway? Yeah, me neither. In any case, this one's for that guy, with my apologies.

Comunista
My new TV arrived today, and I'm in love. It's LCD, HD, gorgeous, great sound. The only problem? It's significantly smaller than my old, dying TV. Sure, that makes me sad, but as Keith so nicely pointed out, downgrading like that also makes me a Commie. I prefer the term Comunista, thank you very much.

There Is Always Hope
If any proof was needed that one can find anything at all on the internet, I just found one of my favorite Banksy stencils...

... in t-shirt form:
I like the art better in situ, but as far as portable art knockoffs go, this isn't terrible!
... in t-shirt form:

Well, This Just Really Sucks...
If there were any doubt that I'm a bit of a nerd, my fondness for this shirt and its title should clear things up.

PS - Threadless is having a big sale right now, and this is one of the ones currently offered for $15. They also have a bunch for $10 or $5, if, like me, you prefer your fashion to be recession-conscious.
PPS - Hey Jeff, that shirt you liked, "Get Some Fresh Air," is on sale for $10!
